These machines have high price (approximately millions of dollars ) and high using cost ( the power is about 120-130 KW ) In China ,except few enterprises which use the common four or six paws abrasion disk to process the facing slabs ,most of the stone proceesing enterprises adopt the hand-guided form or bridge form of polishing machines which have low price and low efficiency and are popular at the early days in the stone material industry . Now the multi-disc bridge polihing machi ne are widely used in China , Its application greatly improve the production efficiency low the labor cost and save the labor intensity .But this kind of machine has some insurmountable faluts which are : needing to stop the machine and replace the abrasive disk frequently ; too complicated of the slab loading and unloading ; needing to adjust the stroke each loading ; can not process the varied length of slabs at the same time .
