STONE POLISHING MACHINE - Resin Abrasive Polishing

RPM09/9 Resin Abrasive Polishing Machine adopts the resin abrasive disk which is light, small consumption of power and high grinding efficiency. The price of this machie is half of the traditional multihead grinding and polishing machine. It requires 7.5kw power which is 1/3 2/3 time of the common Poilshing and grinding machine, ie, the low power consumption. It is the multihead continous slab inputing processing with high efficiency and low labor cost. Usually the efficiency of one set of machine are equal to that several sets of hand or bridge machine. In the whole processing, it just needs 2-4 workers. It uses the air pressure to control the up- down of the abrasive disk, and the pressure is adjustable. It is belt roller, and the conveying speed is aslo adjustable. The electrical system takes the PLC and the HMI.
